Job summary

GlobalPoint HC is seeking a Nurse Manager Emergency & Trauma in Colorado to lead patient care, supervise nursing staff and oversee ED operations. You will partner with the Director of Patient Care Services to support and provide oversight of daily ED activities and patient flow.

You will be adept at people leadership and capable of taking bedside shifts when needed to ensure seamless coverage and exceptional care delivery in a fast-paced department.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Colorado RN license (or compact state).

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care and nursing staff in the Emergency Department.
• Oversee ED operations and partner with the Director of Patient Care Services.
• Support daily operations and ensure high-quality, safe patient care.
• Take bedside shifts as needed to ensure adequate coverage.
