AdventHealth in Littleton, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for full-time night shift to coordinate patient care across PACU and inpatient units. You will develop and monitor individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians and teams, and lead staff to ensure safe, efficient treatment.

Applicants must hold an RN license, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, advance communication, and supervise nursing staff while maintaining compassionate patient care in a dynamic hospital

Qualificações

• Ability to assess patients and revise care plans.
• Ability to document patient progress and communicate with team.
• Demonstrates clinical nursing skills and critical thinking.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and the healthcare team.
• Prioritize patient needs based on acuity and urgency.
• Supervise nursing assistants and support staff.
• Educate patients and families about plans and self-management.
• Respond to emergencies and provide stabilizing care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
