Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent required.

• Five years’ technical experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides unit-based leadership in collaboration with Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff.
• Directs patient care activities to ensure safety, quality, and satisfaction.
• Participates in quality improvement and customer service initiatives.
• Manages staffing and assigns personnel according to patient needs and skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
