Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (CN II) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED. The RN will work autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.

Required are a nursing degree (BSN/ASN), CA RN license, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and BLS. The role includes shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM with on-call and weekend rotation per CBA.

Qualifications

• RN qualifications include BSN or ASN with ER experience or transitional RN path.
• CA RN license with ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and BLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interprofessional team to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Document care in the EMR and ensure safety compliance.
