Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years ED experience.
• MSN in Nursing Education or a Post-Masters Certificate in Nursing Education.
• ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certification.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Nursing Education; plans, develops, directs and evaluates educational programs for Dept of Nursing.
• Orientation, staff development activities and continuing education based on quality improvement reports and needs assessments, skills training and research and collaboration with other hospital departments.
