Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton is seeking a skilled Emergency Department nurse to join a fast-paced, team-based environment. You will provide direct, patient-centered emergency care across a wide range of conditions, following ENA standards and nurse-driven protocols while collaborating with physicians, PAs, and techs.

Qualificações

• 1 year of acute care medical‑surgical experience required; emergency nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification preferred or obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Must pass basic medication test prior to hire.
• Must pass basic telemetry test by end of orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient‑centered emergency care across a wide range of conditions.
• Follow Nursing Process and ENA standards.
• Utilize nurse‑driven protocols and exercise independent clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, technicians, and specialty teams.
• Support patients and families emotionally and holistically during vulnerable moments.
• Practice to full scope of license with leadership support.
