Providence St. Peter Hospital seeks a Forensic Nurse Examiner (FNE) to deliver independent, comprehensive care in the Emergency Department for adults and adolescents with acute sexual assault or non-fatal strangulation.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
1 year of Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Provide independent, comprehensive care to adults and adolescents presenting to the ED with acute sexual assault and/or non-fatal strangulation.
Follow protocols under supervision to ensure patient-centered care.
Collaborate with ED staff and Forensic Nursing Team to document and manage care.
