AdventHealth Davenport in Florida is seeking a Night Shift Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care across multiple units. You will coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers and implement individualized care plans with the clinical team.

Requirements include Florida RN license, 1+ year ED experience, and BLS/ACLS. Strong communication, critical thinking, and autonomous work style are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in Florida (active) is required.
• 1+ year ED experience is required.
• 2+ years in critical care is preferred.
• BLS, ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates to promote timely patient placement and transfers.
• Collects comprehensive data for care planning and improvement initiatives.
• Develops and prioritizes patient care plans with patients and families.
• Educates patients/families and coordinates handoffs and documentation.
