Overview

We are seeking an experienced RN to develop and deliver educational programs, assess learning needs, and promote professional development within our hospital. The role involves collaboration with management and staff to enhance clinical skills, support career advancement, and improve patient outcomes through education and research integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs in collaboration with clinical staff and management.
• Utilize Prophecy Assessments to identify learning needs and plan appropriate training activities.
• Assess staff skills and needs to tailor orientation and ongoing education.
• Facilitate staff development in clinical, management, and research skills.
• Support career growth through mentorship and clinical ladder programs.
• Coordinate preceptor and mentor programs with management.
• Design cost-effective, outcome-driven educational tools and materials.
• Lead new employee orientation programs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evaluate educational outcomes.
• Incorporate research findings into practice, policies, and education.
• Engage in unit-based research projects to advance nursing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical education experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire through the American Heart Association.

Pay Range

$33.60 - $48.73 per hour.
