Henry Ford Health in Grand Blanc, MI is seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager for the Emergency Department - PRN. You will blend clinical expertise with leadership to plan, organize, and direct patient care, under the Director or Nurse Manager.

The role focuses on budgeting, quality improvement, staffing, regulatory compliance, and staff development, with a mission to deliver high-quality care and support departmental goals.

Formación

• RN with BSN and Michigan license.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Certifications appropriate for the Emergency department unit.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets, quality improvement programs, and staffing levels.
• Support the establishment and achievement of department goals, objectives, and regulatory compliance.
• Help evaluate and discipline personnel to maintain high standards of care and professionalism.

Conocimientos

Two years RN experience

Current RN license in Michigan

Certifications appropriate for unit

Educación

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
