Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks an ALS Technical Partner (EMT-P) to support an active Emergency Department team. You will assist with exams, treatments and rapid life-saving interventions, coordinating with nurses and EMS colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.

On-site Evening shift. Requires ACLS, PALS, BLS and paramedic credentials (PA EMT-P or NREMT). Documentation and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment serving diverse patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications required upon hire.
• PA EMT-P Paramedic or Paramedic (NREMT) required upon hire.
• Demonstrates ability to assess needs of acutely ill patients.
• Ability to document and communicate information using support tools.

Responsibilities

• Participates in individualized patient care plan with the treatment team.
• Implements orders promptly and accurately within scope.
• Performs clinical tasks and procedures independently as trained.
• Assists with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Acts as EMS liaison for air and ground units and supports EMS teams.
