Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks a skilled CT X-Ray Technologist for PRN emergency imaging. You will operate CT and X-ray equipment, prepare and position patients, verify orders, and deliver diagnostic-quality images while adhering to radiation safety protocols.

You will collaborate with emergency clinicians and imaging staff, maintaining documentation and equipment readiness in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed/credentialed as a CT and/or Radiologic Technologist (as required).
• Strong knowledge of imaging procedures and radiation-safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively in urgent, high-volume situations.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to documentation accuracy.
• Excellent patient interaction skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment to complete ordered examinations
• Prepare, position, and assist patients with compassion and care
• Confirm order accuracy and verify patient identity prior to imaging
• Produce diagnostic-quality images in accordance with clinical standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and support equipment readiness
• Collaborate with emergency clinicians and imaging team members
