City of Dublin - NRECC is seeking a full-time Dispatcher/Communications Technician to handle multi-channel radio dispatch and 9-1-1 call processing for safety agencies in Dublin and surrounding areas.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, being 18+, and eligibility for LEADS/NCIC certification. You will manage CAD data, coordinate resources, and support public safety operations with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a United States Citizen or United States Permanent Resident.
• Must acquire LEADS and NCIC certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-channel radio system to dispatch requests for law enforcement, fire, medical, and other emergency resources.
• Operate a multi-line phone system for 9-1-1, text-to-9-1-1, and non-emergency calls.
• Enter and verify incident data in CAD, LEADS, and NCIC systems; prioritize and coordinate resources.
