Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a Public Safety Dispatcher to operate access control, alarms, video surveillance, CAD and emergency lines across campus locations. You will dispatch internal resources and coordinate with Public Safety Call Center during incidents, while maintaining accurate logs and documentation.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service call-center experience, with 2+ years dispatcher experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service call-center experience required.
• 2+ years dispatcher experience in security, law enforcement, or 911 preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate access control, alarms, video surveillance, CAD and other systems.
• Dispatch internal/external resources during emergencies and coordinate with Public Safety.
• Maintain logs, records and routine reports; handle confidential information.
