The selected employee must obtain DPSST Basic Telecommunicator certification within 18 months of hire and LEDS certification within the first six months. OHSU may administer a CritiCall 911 aptitude test during the interview process. Dispatch, radio, 911, CAD and alarm monitoring experience are preferred. Alarm monitoring is listed as preferred experience, not as a required certificate.
