Emergency Veterinary Care Center in Westville, IN is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) for day shifts. You will be the bridge between our medical team and families, providing empathetic service, guiding clients, and helping with financial options.

The CSR supports smooth front-desk operations, input of client/patient information, and coordination with veterinarians to expedite care. Previous veterinary exposure is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client service role.
• Veterinary experience is a bonus but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software.
• Ability to stay calm and compassionate in high-stress situations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Your Role as a Client Service Representative (CSR) - Day Shift

As a CSR at EVCC, you are the bridge between our medical team and the families we serve. You help create clarity in chaos, provide empathy in stressful moments, and ensure the hospital runs smoothly from the front lines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in a client service role
• Previous veterinary experience is a bonus, but not required
• Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-stress situations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
