Job summary

EnviroServe, a Clean Harbors Company, in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Field Service Project Manager to lead large-scale emergency response and remediation projects at customer sites, coordinating with field teams, supervisors, and branch leadership. The role requires strong project management, safety leadership, and hands-on hazmat cleanup experience, with paid training at our out-of-state Academy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of environmental field service operations experience.
• Strong environmental remediation background and emergency response experience.
• Emergency response supervisor training and/or Marine Spill Response training preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Manages and oversees small to large technically complex projects involving waste site clean-up and construction, building and equipment decontamination and demolition.
• Prepare proposals, including cost estimates and work scopes and schedules.
• Act as an agent of business and is involved with developing relationships with key customers and understanding the customer issues.
• Provide timely, concise and relevant information to superiors and subordinates.
• Provide technical support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates and subcontractor selection and procurement.
• Enforce policies related to Health & Safety and work with leadership to resolve issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
