Phoebe Worth Medical Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care for patients on the Worth Campus in Sylvester, GA.

The role requires assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive care plan, with emphasis on patient safety and family engagement. The ideal candidate will hold an RN license in Georgia, BLS certification, and participate in required stroke-related training within 180 days.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia (Required).
• BLS certification (Required).
• PALS/ACLS/CPI/ NIHSS and GSCC within 180 days (Required).
• 1+ year nursing experience (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards and practices.
• Assesses patients, develops and implements plans of care, and evaluates outcomes.
• Documents care and communicates with healthcare team.
• Ensures patient safety and maintains ethical, compassionate care.
• Participates in stroke-related education and quality improvement activities.
