Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Licensure/Certification: Nursing/Medical Assistant Certification required.
• Six months to one year related clinical experience preferred.
• Mental Health First Aid within 90 days of hire.
• EKG, and/or Phlebotomy competency validation required, as applicable to specialty area within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supports nursing and medical staff in patient care.
• Coordinates activities in outpatient and procedural areas to facilitate smooth patient flow.
• Assists in patient data collection and performs select screenings relevant to area/assignment.
