Job summary

• Missouri LCSW/LMSW or LPC license required.
• 1 year QMHP related experience.
• Prefer 2 year QMHP experience.
• Applicable experience: 1 year Licensed Masters Social Worker - Various Master's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral health assessments in the ED in collaboration with the medical team.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop a transition plan.
• Provide patient and family education; participate in program planning.
