Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a related behavioral health field.
• Licensed in a behavioral health discipline.
• Advanced skills in individual, group and family CBT and psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient evaluations and determines suitability for inpatient or outpatient care.
• Forms and implements patient treatment plans; provides individual, family and group therapy.
• Coordinates care with family, clinicians and agencies to manage treatment.
• Supervises licensed clinicians or interns and provides clinical guidance.
• Participates in program development and ensures quality of care and compliance.
• Leads multidisciplinary committees and engages in community outreach and program implementation.
• Contributes to planning and development of new behavioral health programs.
