Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field.
• Licensed in behavioral health.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Skill in providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and ethical standards associated with profession.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team and healthcare providers.
• Knowledge of business software and electronic / medical records systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat and assess patients with mental health disorders.
• Autonomous responsibility for crisis evaluations and level of care determinations.
• Collaborate with medical, social work and nursing staff to plan patient care.
• Lead planning and coordination of multidisciplinary treatment teams.
• Provide short-term therapeutic goals and crisis management.
• Conduct training for professional and paraprofessional staff.
