Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for the Emergency Department in Gettysburg, PA. This part-time, onsite role involves a rotational shift with responsibilities for managing a wide range of patient conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies.

Ideal candidates will be certified as an NP or PA, have inpatient and emergency department experience, and be able to care for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Inpatient and emergency experience preferred.
• 1 year relevant experience required.
• Must be able to see all ages.

Responsibilities

• Manage and stabilize critically ill and injured patients, including trauma, cardiac, and neurological emergencies.
• Perform advanced procedures and interventions as needed.
• Manage a wide range of patient conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies.
• Flexible shifts and onsite coverage as part of a rotational schedule.
