The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Battle Staff Section Instructor for Emergency Actions (EA) at Offutt AFB, NE. The role delivers EA training, develops lesson plans, and evaluates performance to support NAOC operations. Active TS/SCI clearance required; NC2/ESI and SAP security designations apply.

This contingent position is tied to contract award and may require flexible scheduling to support mission-critical training events.

Qualifications

• Experience with Emergency Actions procedures and NAOC mission support operations required.
• Prior Battle Staff experience with NAOC preferred.
• Understanding of CONOPS and nuclear C2 operations beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial and recurring EA training and certification.
• Develop, update, and implement EA lesson plans, exams, and practical training.
• Support NPES scenario development for EA certification events.
• Evaluate individual and team performance.
