The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Battle Staff Section Instructor - Emergency Actions (EA) for work at Offutt AFB, NE. This position is contingent upon award of contract and requires active TS/SCI clearance.

You will join a mission-driven team supporting critical national missions. Responsibilities include delivering EA training, developing lesson plans, and evaluating performance, with benefits such as a competitive 401(k) match and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Prior NAOC Battle Staff experience.
• Expertise in EA procedures and NAOC EA mission support operations.
• Understanding of NAOC CONOPS and nuclear C2 operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial and recurring EA training and certification.
• Develop, update, and implement EA lesson plans, exams, and practical training.
• Support NPES scenario development for EA certification events.
• Evaluate individual and team performance.
