Responsibilities

• Define and execute the R&D roadmap for Emergency 911 software products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle processes from market research to release management.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams in designing, prototyping, and delivering scalable solutions.
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered coding and automated testing tools.
