Job summary

vCluster Labs, a venture-backed Kubernetes virtualization company, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Technical to help build engineering capability across Europe. You will partner with Engineering and Product leadership as one of the first TA hires on the ground in Europe and serve as the ambassador to the technical community.

You will own full cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Technical roles globally, build regional practices for EMEA, and source from open source

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, specifically for technical roles such as Software Engineering, DevOps or Platform, within a high growth tech startup.
• Fluency with Kubernetes, Go, Terraform and related tech to discuss with candidates.
• Proven track record closing hard-to-fill engineering roles and building pipelines.
• Based in Germany and able to support Europe and US time zones.
• Data-driven approach to hiring with measurable outcomes.
• High EQ and active listening in candidate and stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring process for Engineering, Product, and Technical roles globally.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership across regions to define requirements.
• Proactively source passive talent from open source communities and developer tools.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS and use structured scorecards for assessments.
• Ensure transparent candidate communication and a fast, customer-centric experience.
• Help stand up regional recruiting practices and work with leadership to close roles.
