Job summary

Saviynt is seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering, EMEA to lead the regional Solutions Engineering & Strategy team, partnering with Sales Directors and regional leaders. You will drive growth, craft strategy, and enable enterprise customers with Saviynt’s identity and cloud security platform.

The role requires deep technical knowledge in IAM/GRC, strong leadership, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams across sales, product, and delivery while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Domain expertise in PAM, IAM and/or GRC.
• Minimum of five years in Solutions Engineering Management with cloud security experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solutions Engineering & Strategy team across EMEA and grow regional revenue.
• Advise customers and position Saviynt solutions for enterprise buyers.
• Deliver thought leadership, public speaking, and executive engagements.
• Collaborate with product management on RFP responses and field feedback.
• Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery with best-practice deployment.
