Job summary

Saviynt is seeking a seasoned Director, Product Management - Privileged Access Management to own strategic product directions for global enterprises and shape the roadmap of critical IAM platforms.

You will partner with engineering, design, sales and marketing to translate customer needs into compelling requirements, drive GTM plans, and leverage AI-driven analytics to optimize product performance and security.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience with the required degrees or equivalent experience.
• Proven success launching and managing complex B2B SaaS products.
• Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of key product areas from concept to launch and evolution.
• Define compelling requirements based on customer needs and market dynamics.
• Develop and refine product strategies to articulate competitive advantage and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions.
• Work with Sales and Marketing on GTM strategies and product positioning.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics to monitor performance and identify enhancements.
• Advocate for product areas and drive adoption with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Champion new initiatives and articulate their value and strategic importance.
