You will set and execute the medical agenda, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and shape evidence generation, education and product development with integrity and patient value at the center.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree with formal specialist or fellowship in critical care or vital organ therapies.
• Senior Medical Affairs experience including evidence generation and external engagement.
• Strong communication and change leadership in a complex, global company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the EMEA medical strategy for Acute and Vital Organ Therapies across selected markets.
• Represent Medical Affairs in regional leadership forums and guide cluster teams.
• Translate clinical evidence into education, tools and strategic medical initiatives.
