Job summary

Collectors Universe seeks a Senior Real Estate Project Manager to guide capital buildouts and renovations across EMEA. The role reports to the Senior Director, Real Estate and is hybrid, based in Hammersmith/West London or Frankfurt, with about 50% travel.

You will lead site selection, budgeting, and portfolio development, ensuring design standards and brand consistency across expanding real estate ventures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Real Estate or Workplace leadership experience.
• Proven ability to influence across executive stakeholders and convey complex info clearly.
• Willingness to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and roll up sleeves when needed.
• Experience independently managing large office + light industrial construction projects.
• Extensive lease negotiation and construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and perform value engineering.
• Willingness to travel 50% as needed for milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate strategy across EMEA.
• Establish priorities for site planning, design, and construction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align real estate with business needs.
• Develop budgets for locations and manage ongoing project budgets for efficiency.
• Partner with Real Estate and stakeholders to implement a portfolio management system.
• Lead site selection for locations across EMEA with budgets and timelines.
• Engage with governmental authorities to identify market opportunities and incentives.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, brokers, landlords and regulators.
