Lonza in Colmar, France, offers a hybrid, full-time role leading regional pharma marketing for EMEA. You will translate the global strategy into an actionable regional plan with clear market and product priorities, KPIs and go-to-market execution.

You will build market intelligence, shape tender strategies, and partner with BD, Sales and Product Management to drive growth, lifecycle management, and customer value across the pharma portfolio.

Qualificações

• Masters in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in pharma marketing and portfolio management.
• Strong strategic marketing, GTM planning and execution.
• Ability to translate market intelligence into regional actions.
• Fluent business English; European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the global pharma marketing strategy into actionable regional plan with priorities by market, customer, country and product.
• Establish objectives, roadmaps, KPIs and performance reviews linking marketing activity to pipeline and growth.
• Lead regional generation of market and tender intelligence and support tender prioritization.
• Own regional marketing strategy to protect and grow generics business in EMEA.
• Drive innovation marketing and coordinate with BD, Sales and Global Marketing.
