You’ll analyze channel mix, compliance with GDPR, and market specifics for Germany, UK, France, Italy, and Nordics, turning data into scalable growth and measurable impact across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing or growth PMM in B2B SaaS/PLG.
• Hands-on experience creating campaigns and experiments.
• Analytical with ability to design experiments and defend budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA funnel from traffic to paid subscription with revenue targets.
• Sharpen Fusion's PLG motion; optimize self-serve journey.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to optimize channels and budget.
• Drive localization for landing pages and onboarding for priority markets.
• Run growth experiments across digital, email, and in-product.
• Build analytics that link performance to signups and revenue.
