Responsibilities

Providing support to Autodesk employees

Administration of employee total rewards programs including, but not limited to health and welfare benefits, pension, car benefit and leave programs as well as compliance

Focus on the employee experience and the delivery of modernized and competitive total rewards programs.

Ability to build and develop relationships with brokers, vendors, and cross functional teams such as People Experience & Services, Payroll, Legal, Tax and others.

Ability to analyse data and use the data to address and resolve issues related to benefits programs and administration.

Support EMEA Benefits Program Manager to administrate EMEA car benefit program, including auditing, vendor reporting and drivers support

Benefits Portal & Administration - process enrolments and terminations in benefits programs across multiple countries. Assist with the ongoing maintenance and enhancements of the benefits enrolment portal

Support the review and administration of Time Off & Leave Programs in EMEA & participate in global project with a view to improving the employee experience & administration of time off & leave programs across the region

Support Benefit renewals, vendor changes and new program expansion across the EMEA region

Update & Improve employee-facing Benefits communications & online content

Act as a point of escalation for employee benefits related enquiries

Create, maintain & update benefits operating procedure manuals to ensure processes are adhered to consistently

Streamline and optimize processes, proactively anticipate, and avoid issues whenever possible and ensure processes are compliant with local regulations

Communicate benefits programs to employees using presentations, written materials, and emails. This includes new employee orientations.

Develop and maintain good working relationships with global PPL Team & other internal stakeholders

Ability to report, assess and analyse data to maintain, distribute, and communicate information

Provide education & Support to HR Partners with regards to the Benefit programs and practices

Participate in due diligence during the mergers and acquisitions process as required

Participation in benefits related projects or broader HR projects as a stakeholder

Minimum Qualifications

3-5 years of benefits experience, preferably in a similar role at a high tech, multinational company

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments on multiple projects

Proven organizational and project management skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

Willingness to embrace change, self-motivated and proactive learner

Exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication skills

Experience with an HRIS and benefits enrolment portals. Darwin and Workday experience is preferred

Excellent computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Proficient in English and other European language is a plus • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR
