Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans
• Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team and engage in regular consultation
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers
• Attend clinical meetings and ongoing training
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 clients/week (for full‑time)
• Part‑time options available

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
• Experienced working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
• Skilled in trauma, substance use, or school‑based therapy preferred
• Familiar with documentation, insurance billing, and community resources
• Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance panels
• Experience with EMDR or Brainspotting (preferred)

Location and Compensation

Nashville West, TN. Compensation: $76,000.00 – $89,000.00 per year. Flexible work‑from‑home options available.
