Job summary

Lamplight Counseling Services seeks compassionate mental health therapists to provide outpatient therapy in a collaborative setting. This full-time, in-person role is based at any Lamplight location and includes 28 billable hours per week with W-2 employment.

The position requires EMDRIA training or certification and an active Ohio license, along with strong communication, clinical skills, and the ability to manage documentation and caseload expectations.

Lamplight Counseling Services is hiring compassionate, EMDR trained/certified Mental Health Therapists (LISW, LPCC, IMFT, LSW, LPC, MFT) to provide outpatient counseling in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Maintain timely, clinically accurate documentation
• Use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches
• Coordinate care with outside providers as needed
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration
• Maintain healthy boundaries and uphold ethical standards
