Job summary

Qualifications

• At least five years operating electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems in data-center environments.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems in mission critical settings.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and related maintenance practices.
• Strong communication with customers and team members under pressure.
• Certification or ability to obtain Siemens/JCI Master Operator level.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair environment-control systems in commercial buildings.
• Operate Energy Management Control System and Power Control Console (DDC, VFD, UPS, MCC, PDU).
• Install, repair, calibrate and monitor control instrumentation for building automation.
• Take readings and adjust control systems during watch.
