Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on EMC developmental and validation tests.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers and OEM customers to understand test requirements.
• Develop and maintain EMC test programmes, scripts, and work instructions.
• Maintain equipment calibration and accreditation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across lab setups and procedures.
• Support expansion of lab capability for new technologies.
