Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an EMC Lead in Wichita, KS to lead complex engineering assignments related to EMI, HIRF, LIRF, Lightning, and Electrostatics. You will perform analyses using simulation and analytical methods and drive EMC certification support across production and in-service programs.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics and brings at least 8 years in EMC, including 4+ years in aerospace EMC qualification/certification, with strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Eight years minimum experience in EMC.
• Four years in aerospace EMC qualification/certification.
• Knowledge of RTCA/DO-160, SAE ARPs and airworthiness regulations.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex EMC assignments related to EMI, HIRF, LIRF, Lightning, and Electrostatics.
• Support EMC certification and sustaining activities for production and in-service.
• Define scope of EMC work, plan milestones, identify risks.
• Review and approve test procedures, reports, and analysis, ensuring compliance.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and act as EMC lead.
• Prepare Certification Design Compliance Report.
