Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Embryology Lab Assistant/Technician to join our dynamic embryology team. This is a hands-on role that supports both the technical and administrative operations of the lab. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and excited to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment dedicated to reproductive science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily laboratory operations and quality control

• Perform semen preparation and related technical procedures under supervision

• Support administrative duties, including data entry, documentation, and report preparation

• Maintain accurate and meticulous records of laboratory activity

• Follow protocols and directions from the Laboratory Supervisor

• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Qualifications:

• Foundational knowledge in reproductive biology and IVF lab operations

• Proficiency in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, database entry, etc.)

• Prior experience in clinical embryology is a plus

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills

• Effective communicator and collaborative team member
