Namify, LLC is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator in Utah. This entry-level role trains on the job, working across two stations, managing time and learning to improve processes. You’ll be part of a team focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with basic computer/iPad skills, and a willingness to learn. Monday–Friday, full-time, in a warehouse setting with benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience pulling orders and packaging.
• Embroidery machine operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum quality on promotional items (thread tension, backing).
• Maintain high attention to detail and quality.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
• Fulfill orders accurately (logo, size, thread color, placement).
• Proficient with iPad and computers.
• Follow defined processes for each task.
• Time management to meet process goals.
• Communicate with management and teams to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Report and dispose of waste properly.
• Accept feedback from management and peers.
