Job summary

L2 Brands is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for 1st shift to process, detail, and inspect garments in the Embroidery Department. This role requires teamwork, clear communication, initiative, sound judgment, production efficiency, and a strong dedication to quality.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, performing cleanup tasks, adding barcodes, following special folding and packaging instructions, and ensuring accurate final counts.

Responsibilities

• Review order forms to verify garment accuracy and completion of all required steps.
• Perform cleaning tasks, including trimming threads, removing paper, and eliminating hoop marks or stains.
• Add barcodes and ensure proper licensing when required.
• Follow special instructions such as folding, poly-bagging, hanging, or removing hang tags.
• Verify final counts on all order paperwork.
• Maintain positive relationships that support the company’s core values and profitability goals.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Serve as a company ambassador to build confidence, pride, and value in the brand.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
