• Verify final counts on all order paperwork.

• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Serve as a company ambassador to build confidence, pride, and value in the brand.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

As a Quality Assurance Associate you are responsible for processing, detailing, and inspecting garments within the Embroidery Department. Duties And Responsibilities

• Review order forms to verify garment accuracy and completion of all required steps.
• Perform cleaning tasks, including trimming threads, removing paper, and eliminating hoop marks or stains.

• Follow special instructions, such as individual folding, poly-bagging, placing garments on hangers, or removing existing hang tags.
• Verify final counts on all order paperwork.
