Job summary

AO Swag in Coppell, TX, is seeking a skilled Embroidery Operator with a keen eye for detail. You will manage embroidery machines and ensure all production sheets are executed accurately to meet customer specifications.

The ideal candidate must be capable of standing for extended periods, lifting items up to 50 lbs, and working Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. A high school diploma is required, alongside basic communication skills.

Qualifications

• Able to work morning shift from M-F 6a-2:30p.
• Ability to stand for long hours during shifts.
• Must pass a background test.
• Occasional lifting of heavy boxes/objects (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Program production sheets into the machinery.
• Operate embroidery machines effectively.
• Inspect and match thread to rotation sheets.
• Load and unload machines with embroidery items.
• Perform minor repairs and organize workspace.
