Job summary

AO Swag in Coppell, Texas seeks a dependable Embroidery Operator to join our production team. This hands-on role operates embroidery equipment, follows safety standards, and ensures quality that meets customer specifications.

You will load materials, program production sheets, inspect finished goods, and help maintain a clean, organized workstation. Training is provided; prior embroidery experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Program production sheets into embroidery machines according to work instructions.
• Operate embroidery machines in compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Load thread and materials accurately and verify setup prior to production.
• Load and unload hats and apparel using approved fixtures and jigs.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Perform minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

About The Role

• Operate embroidery machines in compliance with safety, quality, and production standards

Previous embroidery or sewing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Schedule

• Sunday - Thursday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Overtime may be required during peak production periods in accordance with business needs

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive hand movements
• Frequent reaching, bending, and hand-eye coordination
• Occasional lifting of boxes or materials weighing up to 50 lb
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
