Job summary

AO Swag in Coppell, TX, is seeking a dependable Embroidery Operator to run embroidery equipment, follow safety and quality standards, and contribute to a fast-paced production environment.

You will program machines, load materials, inspect outputs, perform minor adjustments, and maintain a clean workstation while adhering to SOPs. Training will be provided; prior embroidery experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

  • Follow written and verbal SOPs.
  • Maintain sharp attention to safety and quality.
  • Stand for the duration of the shift and move as required.
  • Use basic computer skills for machine operation and production tracking.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Be punctual and reliable in attendance.
  • Background check will be conducted.
  • Embroidery/sewing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Program production sheets into embroidery machines according to work instructions.
  • Operate embroidery machines in compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Load thread and materials accurately and verify setup prior to production.
  • Load and unload hats and apparel using approved fixtures and jigs.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform minor machine adjustments and promptly report equipment issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines.
