Columbia Safety & Supply in Houston, TX is seeking a Full-Time Embroidery Machine Operator to join our customization team. You will clean, calibrate, and operate embroidery machines, select threads and backing, hoop and load items, troubleshoot issues, and document settings for consistency.

Responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, calibrate, program, adjust & change machines and settings.
• Select the proper art files, thread, needles, and backing to meet quality and design specifications.
• Hoop products, load and unload items to/from machines for quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain design and item quality during embroidery runs.
• Document machine settings and supplies used on new designs to ensure future consistency.
• Product and order trimming, folding, packaging, and staging to meet needs and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing personal and team training, and support cross-training as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace through daily cleaning.
• All duties support an efficient and successful customization process.
