GME Supply seeks a Full-Time Machine Embroidery Associate in Houston, TX to join our Customization department. This role focuses on supporting client orders, delivering high-quality embroidery output, and working within a collaborative team environment.

You will clean, calibrate, load/unload, and troubleshoot embroidery machines, select appropriate materials, and ensure accurate design execution while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Properly clean, maintain, calibrate, program, adjust & change machines and settings.
• Select the proper art files, thread, needles, and backing to meet quality and design specs.
• Hoop products, load/unload items to/from machines for quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain design and item quality during embroidery runs.
• Document machine settings and supplies used on new designs to ensure future consistency.
• Product and order trimming, folding, packaging, and staging to meet needs and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing personal and team training, and support cross-training.
