Columbia Safety & Supply is seeking a Full-Time Machine Embroidery Associate for a Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM shift in Columbia, Missouri. You will handle customization orders, set up embroidery machines, select materials, and ensure product quality while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role emphasizes team training, attention to detail, and efficient output to meet customer needs in a growing protective equipment company.

Responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, calibrate, program, adjust & change embroidery machines.
• Select art files, thread, needles, and backing to meet specs.
• Hoop products, load/unload items to/from machines for quality/efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain design quality during runs.
• Document machine settings and supplies used for future consistency.
• Prepare products through trimming, folding, packaging, and staging.
