Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to process orders, prepare garments, and run embroidery and laser machines under the Embroidery Lead. You will inspect quality, fold, label, box, and count garments, and record styles and quantities produced.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail, with a Monday-Thursday shift from 4pm to 2am, including thread color selection, hoop attachment, and maintaining safe, clean work areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze orders to identify design and determine thread colors.
• Change embroidery machine threads, including threading needles.
• Attach hoops to the garments.
• Access order specifications through computer spreadsheets.
• Navigate through computer programs to process garment order on embroidery and/or laser machine.
• Operate embroidery machine computer and laser machine.
• Verify quality and quantity of the clothing and embroidery.
• Maintain Zephyr & Lakeshirts acceptable standard of quality per garment.
• Communicate with, or walk to, inventory area to gather replacement garments as needed.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Organize work flow.
• Follow safety practices. Identify problems and work to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards.
• Work actively with others to get the job done.
• Other duties as assigned.

EMBROIDERY OPERATOR:

MODERN DAY EMBROIDERY = FASTER. EASIER. MORE PRODUCTIVE. BECAUSE A STITCH IS NOT JUST A STITCH.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Under the direction of the Embroidery Lead, this position is responsible for processing embroidery orders by preparing garments, running an embroidery and laser machine, and making quality adjustments as necessary. They will also be picking inventory for orders as well as performing quality control on each garment, to include: folding, labeling, boxing and counting garments, as well as recording styles and quantities of garments produced.

Available Positions:

Monday - Thursday 4pm-2am

Pay: $22

A Typical Day (job functions) | Analyze + Operate + Quality Control + Repeat
